Tasha Suri is a British fantasy author and a former academic librarian. She was born in Harrow, London, to Punjabi parents, and she often visited India during her childhood. She studied English and Creative Writing at Warwick University, and now lives in London with her family, a cat, and two rabbits.
She is the author of The Books of Ambha duology, which consists of Empire of Sand and Realm of Ash. These books are inspired by Mughal India and explore themes of identity, culture, and power.
