Chapter 1: The Witch Hunter’s Awakening

Dual cultivation wasn’t a choice; it was a necessity. In the world of witches and demons, Vaan, a transmigrated orphan, had to learn how to service the witches in order to survive. But at the same time, he discovered that dual cultivation could increase both the witches’ mana absorption and the men’s physique and lifespan. Vaan quickly became a prodigy in the art of pleasing women, and lived a smooth two years until one day, his life was nearly taken and the woman he served went berserk.

Vaan woke up in a dark alleyway, his body battered and bruised. He tried to sit up, but a sharp pain in his side shot through him. He groaned and fell back down. “What happened?” he muttered to himself. He remembered being with Lady Eniwse, the witch he served, when she suddenly attacked him. He had no idea why, but he knew he had to get out of there.

He forced himself to his feet and staggered out of the alleyway. He didn’t know where he was going, but he knew he had to get away from Lady Eniwse. Vaan walked for hours, until he finally reached the outskirts of the city. He collapsed on the ground, exhausted and bleeding. He closed his eyes and waited for the end. But the end never came.

Instead, Vaan felt a strange energy coursing through his veins. His body began to heal at an accelerated rate. He opened his eyes and saw a golden glow surrounding him. “What is this?” he whispered. A voice echoed in his mind. “This is the Witch Hunter System,” the voice said. “I am your guide. I will help you become the lord of witches.”

Vaan was stunned. He didn’t know what to say. “Don’t be afraid,” the voice said. “I am here to help you.” Vaan took a deep breath. “Okay,” he said. “I’m ready.” The voice laughed. “Good,” it said. “Now, let us begin.” Vaan closed his eyes and focused on the Witch Hunter System. He felt a surge of energy coursing through him. He opened his eyes and saw that the golden glow around him had intensified. He stood up and felt a newfound strength in his body. He was ready to take on the world.

Conclusion

“Thank you,” he said to the voice. “You’re welcome,” the voice said. “Now, go forth and become the lord of witches.” Vaan turned and walked away, leaving the city behind him. He had no idea what the future held, but he knew that he was ready for it.
