Haunted Mansion (2023) Movie Review and Free Download

Haunted Mansion is a 2023 fantasy comedy horror movie based on the classic theme park attraction of the same name. It stars Lakeith Stanfield, Rosario Dawson, Owen Wilson, Tiffany Haddish, and Jamie Lee Curtis in a story about a single mom and her son who hire a team of experts to get rid of the ghosts in their new mansion. The movie is directed by Justin Simien and written by Katie Dippold¹.

My review of the movie is as follows:

Haunted Mansion is a fun and spooky ride that pays homage to the original attraction while also adding some new twists and surprises. The movie has a great cast that delivers hilarious and heartfelt performances, especially Stanfield as the skeptical tour guide and Haddish as the eccentric psychic. The movie also has some impressive visual effects and sets that create a creepy and immersive atmosphere. The movie balances comedy, horror, and family drama well, and has some touching messages about overcoming grief and finding a new home. The movie is not very scary, but it does have some mild violence and coarse language that may not be suitable for young children⁵. Overall, Haunted Mansion is an entertaining and enjoyable movie that fans of the attraction and the genre will love. I give it a rating of 8 out of 10.
